Hey Kids! We're doing a break! But not for long! Check out the shows we have planned for september 2010. More to come. Meanwhile I am concentrating on putting out records and get this zine FINALLY done! Believe it or not, I am working on it at least once a week. Cheers!

MAY 27th

Not even one week to go for our next par-tee on JUNE 2nd at the PMK, a one of a kind dance fest with a great live act. Be sure to come early, I think this time its really starting at 8 pm. Mebbe we've got special drinks, mebbe we've got special prices, i dunno yet. I'll keep you posted, or better, join us on myspace and facebook.

MAY 5th

CHOKE ZINE #11 NEWS: There's gonna be a QUINTRON interview! Thanks to Stevie, our correspondent in the 9th Ward.

Two more shows before the summer break, THE FEVERS at our Sunday Powerpop Matinee and finally an fiasco extraordinaire called 60s GARAGE AND PSYCHEDELIC RUMBLE, a dance par-tee for hipsters and boozehounds.... dress up, drink up and move yer bones to fuzz punk, flakey instros and straight garage shakers, music that hits you like a double dose of acid. Plus the next big thing is coming to play some songs, HARLEM, troublemakers from Austin, Texasss!!!!



APRIL 17th

THE PHARMACY // HAPPY KIDS show was a blast although we expected a lil bit more peeps to show up but unfortunately press coverage was again lousy. Not only in Innsbruck, also nationwide. I dont really get the point why they announce the PHARMACY shows in graz and vienna, but innsbruck was under the radar... strange... sucks. Anyways, please check out the party pics here.

Next couple of shows are already lined up, before we have our summer break: THE HOTLINES on april 25th, THE FEVERS on may 16th and a special kind of dance par-tee with our friends of LOVEGOAT, a 60s GARAGE, FREAKBEAT and PSYCH RUMBLE with special live guests HARLEM. Go for it.





MARCH 31st

Thanks to all that showed up at the MAKEOUTS // BEAT BEAT release tour, both bands had a good time and we had a brain blistering and alcohol dreched release party at the PMK club in Innsbruck. The place was packed and we had to spin them rekurds until the break of dawn. Check out the tour report at Vice Magazine and photos of the release party (by Tiberio Sorvillo) here.

The next happening is already reaching for the doorknob... THE PHARMACY from New Orleans are stopping by again, plus we invited THE HAPPY KIDS, a spazzed out duo from Coversville, Trashcan-ada. CHOKE ZINE #11 is on the tracks too, our friend David Hale did a great THOMAS FUNCTION interview. More info about the upcoming issue wil be revealed soonish.



FEBRUARY 9th

CHOKE ZINE #11 so far: TOYS THAT KILL, THEE MAKEOUT PARTY, THE KA-NIVES, THE FLAKES. Still working on a lot of other stuff. Stay tuned.
